We specialize in small to mid-sized companies where a typical janitorial company might not be the best choice. We can set up a schedule for your organization which is perfectly suited to your needs and traffic - for nightly, weekly or monthly cleanings.

If you have manufacturing facilities, require nightly or weekly carpet cleaning or floor buffing, or high grease areas such as automotive centers or restaurants, we would recommend a reputable janitorial company i.  Janitorial companies have the heavy equipment that we don't.  Conversely -  we are a much better choice for your company if your facility is primarily office space or showroom and can help make your organization shine!

Remove trash from interior and dispose of as directed by superintendent.

Sweep attic spaces, wipe down  water heater.

Clean all windows (interior & exterior) Remove all paint/glue/stickers from glass.

Clean all window tracks (where possible) and remove residue.

Clean all window sills and frames; remove dirt / sheetrock mud where possible.

Clean all bathtubs and tub surrounds, shower stalls, sinks and toilets.

Wipe down all cabinets and vanity tops.

Clean inside cabinets and drawers.

Clean doors and door frames.

Remove dust from baseboards and all woodwork in prep for painter.

Sweep floors.

 

Requirements:

We need running water from interior faucets and electricity  to each room in order to do a rough clean

Window clean should be done before wood floor has been coated or wood floor should be covered.

Rough clean to be done AFTER wood floor has been sanded.

Cleaning caked-on sheet rock mud off aluminum window frames is difficult and slow - it is within the realm of work that we can do, but charged extra for.

We can clean third story windows in many cases, provided there is room for ladder set up, the area free of trees/limbs and power lines, and graded landscape or concrete poured as a safe base for ladder setup.

Window Cleaning (second cleaning of glass - interior only).

Clean all woodwork (doors, door frames, window frames, baseboards, crown molding).

Clean vanities, vanity mirrors, toilets, towel racks, etc. Remove all labels from fixtures.

Clean all cabinets and shelves (inside & outside).  Remove construction residue, dust, stains and glue where possible.

Clean air vents and returns.

Clean all doors and door hardware.  Clean thresholds.

Clean out all drawers, in closets and counter tops.

Clean all fireplaces.  Clean all light fixtures and ceiling fans.

Clean all light switch and outlet plates.

Clean all sinks, tubs and shower stalls.

Clean all appliances; remove plastic wrappers and cardboard.

Polish stainless steel appliances.

Clean stair hand rails, balusters and posts.

Sweep and mop tile floors; dust mop and clean varnished floors.

Vacuum all carpeted areas.

Sweep garage, patios, porches.
