Deep Cleaning
Sometimes a standard cleaning just isn't enough. At least once a year your home should get the traditional "spring cleaning" or otherwise known as deep cleaning.
Nothing is left untouched in a deep cleaning from Filipina Maid. We do our deep cleaning in the traditional manner, so from floor to ceiling, everything gets cleaned and sanitized by hand for the upcoming year. Normal mopping and cleaning is good - but for a deep clean, we get down on our hands and knees to scrub the floor by hand - getting up close to our work gets all the dirt and gives you perfectly clean and shiny floors throughout the house.
We wash the walls, get behind everything possible, clean in and around the vents, wash down and neutralize all hard surfaces, remove smells from soft surfaces. We wash all bathroom walls, disinfect, and deodorize all living spaces. Your home is now perfectly clean and ready to be enjoyed.
This is the best thing you can do for yourself and for the health of your family. It is especially important if you have pets or if anyone in your household suffers from allergies.
A deep clean is also the perfect time to organize your cabinets and storage areas, giving your home a total organizational makeover as well...

We won't be your coach or your motivator.. we actually get in the thick of the project and get it done. Whether it's your closet, your garage or basement, we roll up our sleeves and work through the clutter to make your area clean, organized and even cataloged if you prefer.

You can. We give you free tips on how to organize right here. But honestly, its really hard work. Its even harder when it's your stuff since its natural to want to keep everything. We know what works, what doesn't and we are big cheerleaders for using the trash can. Of course, you always have the final say, but really... do you really need that hat you wore in high school?

Children's Areas 
We unclutter and organize bedrooms/playrooms - clothes, toys, books, games, collections, artwork, furniture, electronics, and more.
Closets/Cupboards/Drawers
We de-clutter and organize clothes, jewelry, shoes, purses, linens, towels, cosmetics, medicine, storage and more.
Downsizing/Estate Closures
We help plan, organize and manage all the requirements of the move from a larger to a smaller home. We provide all labor and manage other suppliers for the organizing of the move and setup in the new home. For estate closures, we work with the family to sort through all the estate belongings and implement the closure. We work with all support services such as: movers, auctioneers, lawyers etc.
Garages and Basements
We re-organize remaining belongings and take away all unwanted items to consignment, charity or get you all set for a garage sale. We also mop typically damp areas with bleach and disinfectants when done to make your storage area clean and more pleasant to be in when you need something.
Planning, Packing, New Home Setup
We help plan and organize your end of the move by organizing and helping to pack all the small items and things that need special care to move and then help reset them in place in your new home. We provide helping hands that care about your items almost as much as you do.
Home Staging
We work with the Realtor to assist in the staging of the home (making the home look great) to improve your chances for a fast sale.
Relocation Services
Consult with homeowners on the best process for what items to pack up and help them make decisions on what to discard and what to donate.
Take one room each day to unpack and organize the items in the correct space and within a week's time, most of the house is unpacked and ready to live in and enjoy.
Dispose of hazardous waste and paints (seasonal).
Drop off items for Goodwill and give the client a tax receipt for items donated.
Drop off used computer equipment for recycling
Deliver food to food pantries in the area.
