Floor care for spring cleaning

Deep Cleaning

Sometimes a standard cleaning just isn't enough.  At least once a year your home should get the traditional "spring cleaning" or otherwise known as deep cleaning.

Nothing is left untouched in a deep cleaning from Filipina Maid.  We do our deep cleaning in the traditional manner, so from floor to ceiling, everything gets cleaned and sanitized by hand for the upcoming year.  Normal mopping and cleaning is good - but for a deep clean, we get down on our hands and knees to scrub the floor by hand - getting up close to our work gets all the dirt and gives you perfectly clean and shiny floors throughout the house.

We wash the walls, get behind everything possible, clean in and around the vents, wash down and neutralize all hard surfaces, remove smells from soft surfaces.  We wash all bathroom walls, disinfect, and deodorize all living spaces.  Your home is now perfectly clean and ready to be enjoyed.

This is the best thing you can do for yourself and for the health of your family.  It is especially important if you have pets or if anyone in your household suffers from allergies.

We help plan and organize your end of the move by organizing and helping to pack all the small items and things that need special care to move and then help reset them in place in your new home.  We provide helping hands that care about your items almost as much as you do.

Relocation Services

Consult with homeowners on the best process for what items to pack up and help them make decisions on what to discard and what to donate.
Take one room each day to unpack and organize the items in the correct space and within a week's time, most of the house is unpacked and ready to live in and enjoy.

Drop off items for Goodwill and give the client a tax receipt for items donated.
